This wonderful fluid flow can be practiced at home. It is a mandala circular flow , what you practice at the front mirrors at the back of the matt. Once you have completed on side in a full circle, repeat but begin with the left leg. Enjoy

The above sequence was taken on laguna beach in Ca. It creates a nice shoulder opening effect. You should mirror something about yourself back to you. learn to feel the wave of the breath as you practice and then the breath washes the mind clean

This Sequence can be added to any of the above flows or practiced alone. i Recorded it after a earthwake, and felt that balance needed to be practiced to initiate a stable connection to the earth again. This also has nice shoulder opening adpations add to the balance poses
