Flowing with the breath

 

Flowing with the breath empowers one to connect to a sacred power that is within. The breath when practiced with attention with movement, will vitalize, energize and rejuvenate the mind body and self. The breath teaches me how to tap into a healing power within and to generate it to where my body needs healing. This practice is a flow of connecting one breath with each movement.
